To raise a complaint, email us at [email protected] with a clear description of your concern.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 business days and will work to resolve matters as quickly as possible.
If your complaint meets the definition of a regulated complaint under Financial Conduct Authority guidelines, you will have the right to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you are unhappy with our response. We will let you know in our acknowledgement whether your complaint is being treated as regulated.
